Dense, directional implantation.
DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) is a transplant technique in which follicles harvested by FUE are placed with a Choi implanter pen that opens the channel and implants the graft in a single movement. Grafts spend less time outside the body and their angle and depth are controlled precisely, giving a particularly natural, dense result for hairlines and densification.
With the no-shave option you can have the procedure without cutting your existing hair or interrupting your social life.
Ideal for restoring the hairline, densifying thinning areas or having a transplant without cutting your hair. It gives the best results in moderate hair loss (Norwood 2–4) up to 2,500–3,500 grafts; for very large areas it can be combined with Sapphire FUE. Sufficient donor density is essential.
DHI excels for hairlines, densification and no-shave requests; Sapphire FUE has the advantage for higher graft numbers in one session. At the consultation we recommend one or a combination based on your pattern of loss.
It suits patients whose hair is long enough to hide the shaved donor strip and who need fewer than 3,000 grafts.
Typically 2,500–4,000 grafts in one session. If more are needed, two sessions or a combined technique are planned.
Scabbing and redness are slightly less; scabs fall off within 7–10 days. The result timeline is the same: growth at month 3, full result at 12 months.
