Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain Veneers

Thin, aesthetic veneers.

Porcelain veneers are thin porcelain shells, 0.3–0.7 mm thick, bonded to the front surface of the tooth. They correct colour, shape, minor crowding and gaps with minimal tooth reduction and deliver the most natural version of a Hollywood smile.

Our E-max lithium disilicate veneers are planned with digital smile design, previewed in your mouth as a mock-up and manufactured only once you are happy with the look.

Benefits

  • Minimally invasive: only 0.3–0.7 mm of enamel is removed; in some cases no preparation at all (prepless).
  • Natural translucency: E-max porcelain is semi-translucent like enamel, so veneers are undetectable.
  • Stain resistant: colour stable against coffee, tea and smoking; stays white for years.
  • See it before you commit: digital design and a temporary mock-up let you preview the result before production.
  • One trip, 5–7 days: thanks to our in-house lab, everything from design to bonding happens in a single visit.

The process step by step

  1. Online smile analysis: send photos of yourself smiling; the number of veneers and the price are confirmed within 24 hours.
  2. Day 1 — digital smile design: facial and dental photos and an intra-oral scan; your new smile is designed on screen and applied to your teeth as a mock-up.
  3. Day 2 — preparation: teeth are minimally shaped according to the approved design and temporary veneers are fitted.
  4. Days 3–5 — laboratory: E-max veneers are pressed, layered and hand-finished.
  5. Days 5–7 — try-in and bonding: final check with try-in paste; with your approval the veneers are permanently bonded.

Who is it for?

Ideal for patients with healthy teeth and sufficient enamel who have discolouration, small chips, wear, mild crowding or gaps (diastema). In cases of severe crowding, heavy grinding (bruxism) or teeth with large fillings, our dentist may recommend orthodontics or zirconia crowns instead.

Frequently asked questions

Veneers or crowns?

For healthy teeth where only the front surface changes, veneers are more conservative. If much of the tooth is damaged, a crown is needed. The decision is made tooth by tooth at the examination.

Will the veneers look natural?

Yes. The design follows your facial features, skin tone and lip line; translucent E-max porcelain and hand finishing avoid the artificial "chalk white" look.

Is the procedure painful?

Preparation is done under local anaesthesia and is painless. Prepless cases may not even need anaesthesia.

How many years do they last?

Clinical studies show a 10-year survival rate above 95% for E-max veneers. We give a 5-year warranty and recommend a night guard and regular check-ups.
