The process step by step
- Online assessment: graft count and price from front and side photos of your face within 24 hours.
- Day 1 — design: blood tests; the outline is drawn according to your preferred beard style and graft distribution is planned.
- Day 2 — procedure (4–7 hours): under local anaesthesia single grafts are harvested from the back of the head and placed with a DHI pen or sapphire blade at the angle of facial hair.
- Day 3 — check-up and first wash: gentle washing instruction, care kit and written aftercare.
- Follow-up: temporary shedding in weeks 2–4, growth at months 3–4, full result at 8–12 months. First shave after month one.

Suitable for men over 20 with genetically sparse or patchy beards, facial scars or burns, or who want to define their moustache or sideburns. A sufficient donor area at the back of the head is required; active skin disease or a tendency to keloid scarring is assessed first. Also performed for individuals undergoing gender affirmation.

Yes. Thanks to single follicles and the correct angle, transplanted hairs are indistinguishable from your existing beard; thickness and colour match your scalp hair.
Will there be scars on my face?
No. Channels are 0.6–0.8 mm; redness clears in 7–10 days and no permanent marks remain. The extraction points at the back of the head are invisible too.
Can I shave the transplanted beard?
Yes. Because the follicles are permanent you can shave, grow and style it however you like from month one.
