All-on-4 and All-on-6 are treatment concepts for patients who have lost, or are about to lose, all their teeth: 4 or 6 implants are placed in the jaw and a full, fixed row of teeth is attached to them. Unlike a removable denture it does not slip, there is no palate plate, and you leave the clinic the same day with fixed temporary teeth.
Because the back implants are tilted, most patients do not need bone grafting, which makes the treatment faster and more affordable.

The process step by step
- Remote planning: preliminary assessment from your panoramic X-ray and photos; written plan and price within 24 hours.
- Trip 1, day 1 — CT scan and digital design: implant positions and your new smile are planned on screen; impressions are taken.
- Day 2 — surgery: remaining teeth are removed if needed and 4–6 implants are placed (local anaesthesia plus sedation, 2–3 hours).
- Days 3–5 — fixed temporary bridge: a screw-retained temporary row of teeth is fitted, fit and bite are checked and you fly home.
- Healing (3–6 months): the implants integrate with the bone while you live with the temporary bridge; a soft diet is recommended.
- Trip 2 (5–7 days) — final bridge: your zirconia bridge is made in our in-house lab, tried in and screwed into place.

Who is it for?
Ideal for patients who have lost all their teeth, are unhappy with a removable denture, whose teeth cannot be saved because of advanced gum disease, or who have widespread decay or broken teeth. Patients with reduced bone volume can usually still be treated with tilted implants or, if necessary, zygomatic implants. Uncontrolled systemic disease and heavy smoking are taken into account during assessment.
Frequently asked questions
All-on-4 or All-on-6?
It depends on bone quality and quantity. In the upper jaw, where bone is softer, we often prefer 6 implants; in the lower jaw 4 is usually enough. Your CT scan decides.
Will I be without teeth at any point?
No. Your fixed temporary teeth are fitted within 24–72 hours of surgery and you live with them until the final bridge is made.
How long does the bridge last?
The implants are permanent. A zirconia bridge lasts 15–20 years or more; we provide a 5-year warranty on the bridge.
How many days do I need to stay in Istanbul?
First trip 5–7 days (surgery and temporary bridge), second trip 5–7 days after 3–6 months (final bridge). Hotel and transfers are included on both trips.
