At our clinic the entire tooth movement is simulated in advance from a 3D scan; all aligners are produced at once and check-ups are done online, so you only need to come to Istanbul at the start and the end.

The process step by step
- Online pre-assessment: suitability and approximate duration from your photos within 24 hours.
- Trip 1 (2–3 days) — records and plan: intra-oral 3D scan, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays; the digital treatment simulation is presented for your approval.
- Production (2–3 weeks): the full set of aligners is manufactured and shipped to you or handed over on the first trip; attachments are placed if needed.
- Treatment (6–18 months): each aligner is worn for 7–10 days (20–22 hours a day) with an online check every 6–8 weeks.
- Trip 2 (2–3 days) — finishing: fine adjustments, interproximal polishing and delivery of your retainer wire and/or night retainer.

Who is it for?
Clear aligners are ideal for adults and teenagers with mild to moderate crowding, spacing, mild overbite or crossbite. Braces are recommended for significant skeletal discrepancies, teeth requiring large rotations and extraction cases. Gums must be healthy; active periodontal disease is treated first.
Frequently asked questions
How long does aligner treatment take?
Mild cases 4–6 months, moderate cases 8–12 months and complex cases up to 18 months. The simulation shows the total number of aligners and the duration from the outset.
How many hours a day must I wear the aligners?
At least 20–22 hours. They are removed only for eating, hot drinks and brushing.
Will my teeth move back after treatment?
They can without retention. That is why we provide a bonded wire and/or night retainer at the end: every night for the first year, then a few nights a week.
Do I need to fly to Istanbul for check-ups?
No. Check-ups are done via the app with photos and videos. You only need to visit at the start and the end, and mid-treatment checks can be done by a dentist in your country if you prefer.
