The process step by step
- Online assessment: send photos and an X-ray; which teeth need crowns and the price are confirmed within 24 hours.
- Day 1 — examination and design: shade selection, smile photos and digital scan; any root canal or filling work is planned.
- Day 2 — preparation and temporaries: teeth are minimally reshaped under local anaesthesia and aesthetic temporary crowns are fitted the same day.
- Days 3–5 — laboratory: your crowns are CAD/CAM milled, hand-stained and sintered while you enjoy Istanbul.
- Days 5–7 — try-in and cementation: shade, shape and bite are checked and, with your approval, the crowns are permanently bonded.

Who is it for?
Suitable for patients with large fillings, root-treated, cracked, broken or heavily discoloured teeth, those wishing to replace old metal-based crowns, and those with several teeth of uneven shape and colour. For healthy front teeth with only mild colour issues, veneers may be recommended as they remove less tooth structure; our dentist selects the most conservative option at the examination.
Frequently asked questions
Zirconia or E-max porcelain?
E-max (lithium disilicate) excels on front teeth for its translucency; zirconia is stronger and preferred for bridges and molars. In most smile makeovers we combine both according to the area.
How much will my teeth be reduced?
Modern zirconia crowns need only 0.8–1.2 mm of preparation. We follow a minimally invasive approach that preserves as much enamel as possible.
How many days do I need to stay in Istanbul?
5–7 days. Scanning and preparation take place in the first two days, lab production takes 3–4 days and the crowns are fitted on the last day.
How long do the crowns last?
15–20 years with good care and regular check-ups. We give a 5-year warranty against fracture and debonding and recommend a night guard for patients who grind their teeth.
