The process step by step
- Online assessment: send us a panoramic X-ray or photos of your teeth; you receive a preliminary plan and quote within 24 hours.
- Day 1 — examination and 3D CT scan: bone volume and sinus distance are measured and the implant position is planned digitally.
- Surgery (30–60 min per implant): the implant is placed under local anaesthesia, with sedation available on request. Where suitable, a temporary tooth is fitted the same day.
- Healing (osseointegration): over 2–4 months the implant fuses with the bone while you carry on with normal life at home.
- Second visit — impression and crown: a digital impression is taken and your zirconia/porcelain crown is made in our in-house lab within 3–5 days and fitted.
- Follow-up and care: remote check-ups in the first year; afterwards a routine dental visit every 6 months is enough.

Who is it for?
Anyone over 18 with one or more missing teeth and healthy gums is a candidate. Uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking, previous radiotherapy or advanced bone loss may require extra preparation (bone graft, sinus lift) or an alternative plan, which our dentist will discuss with you. Where bone volume is insufficient we usually graft in the same session.

Is implant treatment painful?
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia and is painless. Mild sensitivity for 1–2 days afterwards is normal and is managed with the prescribed painkillers.
How many times do I need to travel to Istanbul?
In the standard protocol twice: 3–4 days for implant surgery and 5–7 days for the crown 2–4 months later. In suitable cases immediate loading lets you fly home with a temporary tooth after a single trip.
Which implant brands do you use?
Straumann (Switzerland), Nobel Biocare (Sweden/USA) and Osstem (South Korea). You receive an implant passport with the serial number; the manufacturer warranty is valid worldwide.
What is included in the price?
Consultation, 3D CT scan, implant, abutment, crown, VIP airport transfers and hotel accommodation for the duration of treatment. Additional procedures such as bone grafting are quoted in writing at the planning stage.
