The process step by step
- Assessment: check for decay, fillings and gum health; your starting shade is recorded and the target shade agreed.
- Professional cleaning: tartar and surface stains are removed and the teeth are polished.
- Protection: gums and lips are isolated with a protective barrier.
- Whitening gel and light: 3–4 cycles of 15 minutes each, the gel activated by light, 60–90 minutes in total.

Who is it for?
Suitable for adults with healthy teeth and gums whose teeth have yellowed from coffee, tea, smoking or age. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients under 16 and anyone with active decay or gum inflammation are treated first. Fillings, crowns and veneers do not whiten, which is why whitening is planned before restorations.
